MY BACKGROUND
As an instructional designer with over five years of experience in course design and curriculum management focused on adult learners and over ten years of experience within higher education professional development, as well as my current pursuit of my Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology at Old Dominion University, I am confident that I would be an asset to any team in developing a robust instructional programs and courses that are innovative and effective.
